About The Project:

This project comprised the partial demolition and refurbishment of the old Coca Cola Headquarters in Hammersmith in to state-of-the-art, modern commercial office space including a large landscaped roof terrace, 48 basement car parking spaces, 50 cycle spaces and shower facilities with lockers and drying space.

The building boasts contemporary exposed ceilings with suspended LED lighting and a high efficiency 4-pipe fan coil system, along with a large double-height reception area with feature desk and lighting.

This project included multiple crane lifts to manoeuvre the air handling units into the roof top plant areas. These lifts were carried out overnight and involved the close co-ordination of works with London authorities in order to implement road closures and satisfy public safety requirements.
